Happy Monday

I am sharing this with you today because it is a fun one (wait do I say that every week) haha…yes I do because all of my workouts are fun! Challenging yes, but fun. I promise you won’t regret it.

Push-up mountain climbers on TRX x 10

Medball Slams x 20

.25 mi sprint

Barbell thruster x 10

Box jumps x 10

row 200 m


2x’s

bench press x 10

straight leg dead lifts x 10

bent over row x 12

KB swings x 12


This is a really good one for strength and conditioning. You can break them up or complete it together. I am still working on trying to film all of this so you can see what they look like Stay tuned.
