At Home Upper-body Workout (no equipment needed)

This at home upper-body workout will get you those sculpted arms in no time. No equipment is needed, but as always, if you want to add weight go for it.

Complete each workout 3 times through! 

Workout 1

Burpees x 10

Pushups x 15

Tricep dips x 20

Plank x 30 seconds


Workout 2

Weighted squat clean to press x 12

Mountain climbers x 50

Plank walks/builders x 24

Push-up plank jacks x 12
