20 MIN AMRAP

This weeks workout can be done at home or in a gym. All you need is a weight (I used 25lb) and the space around you!

20 minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) 

  1. Goblet squats x 15

  2. KB or DB swings X 15 

  3. Incline pushups x 10 

  4. Triceps dips x 15 

  5. V-ups x 10

no need for a weight when you have a baby :-)
