3 Rounds of FUN!

I created this workout on Monday night when I needed a quick and tough full-body workout that left me tired and sore the next day.

This did just that!

All you need are dumbbells. and if you have resistance bands or a cross over symmetry system (like the one I use)!

I did this workout in exactly 18 minutes.

Squat to press x 15

Deadlift to row x 15

Bicycles x 40

walking lunges x 20

sit-ups x 30

leg raises x 15

rows x 20

Push-ups x 15

Plank x 30 seconds
