Healthy Pumpkin Coffee Smoothie
Hello first day of October!
What a wonderful time of year. Turkey and pie and Football —OH MY!
This is a delicious breakfast or dessert smoothie that will leave you wanting more.
It is my go to for a fall breakfast because it is super quick, easy to take on-the-go and of course delicious with that little bit of caffeine.
Ingredients
1/2 cup pumpkin
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 scoop collagen peptides
1/2 cup cold coffee or 6 coffee ice cubes (I didn’t have any frozen but I recommend frozen)
3 dates
1 Almond butter Perfect Bar
Dash of cinnamon & pumpkin pie spice
1/3 tsp vanilla extract
Ice (if do not have coffee ice cubes)
Instructions
Blend all ingredients and enjoy
