No Bake Almond Butter Energy Bites


I make these no bake energy bites just about every week. Nutty, sweet, and packed with good-for-you ingredients, they're the perfect healthy snack

These are my favorite and are so easy to make. These are an easy healthy dessert or quick breakfast! You can switch out chocolate for cranberries or flax for the coconut. Very versatile and delicious.

great for my new momma’s because they boost milk supply!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (I use enjoylife)

  • 1 cup GF old fashioned oats

  • 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 2/3 cup almond butter (can use peanut butter)

  • 1/2 cup Honey

**Other add-ins that I like are moringa powder and hemp hearts !

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, stir together almond butter and honey and microwave for 10 seconds (not necessary I just like my chocolate to be a hint melty)

  2. Mix in oats, chia and flax and stir well until combined

  3. Mix in Chocolate chips and combine

  4. Roll into circles (about 10-12) (honestly sometimes I just eat it with a spoon out of the bowl haha

  5. Store in the fridge. (if you do not eat it all haha)
