“This program was amazing. I lost inches, weight, and I gained so much strength. I started out with light weights, doing push-ups on my knees only, and modifying a ton. By the end, I did full push-ups every time, lifted heavier weight, and only modified one workout (due to a limitation of prolapse). Taylor was there for support the whole way and on her instagram she has demos of all of the workouts. With two surgeries in 2020, I was at my heaviest and weakest. I gained so much confidence during this program and I’m doing it for a second time! Huge thank you to Taylor for pushing me and holding me accountable along the way.”
