I love hosting people at our house whether its a kids birthday party, holiday or a family gathering — I always include a charcuterie board of some sort and find myself scrolling way too long on Pinterest for ideas that I know will never come out the way I envision. I end up spending too much time and money at the store picking out things I am not sure will go well together.
That is why I was so excited when Platterful reached out and I check out their website to see what they were all about!
Well Platterful has solved all of these problems!
Our box arrived right before Super Bowl Sunday and the kids and I felt like it was Christmas when they delivered the box. I didn’t really know what to expect and I was shocked with how much was included. Problem solved for our appetizers for Super Bowl Sunday.
Everything was securely packed, and the meats and cheeses were kept cool with ice packs. Our kit came with three cheeses, two meats, crackers, honey, jelly, truffle mustard, nuts, olives and chocolates. The instructions suggested adding strawberries and rosemary. We had raspberries, so we added those and they pair well with all the above. I was so impressed that they also send little bowls and spoons for the spreads, and a mini dipper for the honey.
The M&M’s, chocolate peanut butter cups and chocolate hearts (it was right before Valentine’s Day) were the biggest hit and the kids claimed all of those immediately after opening the box.
It was a family affair—All 3 kids participated putting it together and then eating it and we all enjoyed the different meats and cheeses. I think this was my favorite part about it because the kids were so thrilled to be part of it and impressed themselves, and me, at how well it turned out.

It shows up right at your door.- you don’t have to go into the store and as a busy mom with 3 littles this is a LIFE savor.
Platterful DOES NOT skimp on the selection. We got the “large” option and it’s impressive! There were so many Crackers, meats, cheeses, jams, olives, nuts, chocolates, etc.
If you are gluten free, they have a box just for you!. Or if you need a vegan option, they have a box for that too!
It truly came with everything we needed and had optional ingredients to add — they even have a board you can purchase if you need that!
Our kit came with step-by-step instructions with a picture diagram on how you can lay out the board to look like a pro! .The kids were so impressed with themselves on how good it turned out by following the directions.
I was happy to see that Each kit goes to a good cause. 1 box = 10 meals donated to children in need across the U.S. That’s right! For every box sold, Platterful donates a portion of their proceeds to No Kid Hungry. This made me want to buy it again before I even tried it.
It would make a great gift for someone, especially around the holiday time!
