Cheers to the new year and this new workout. There are two different parts to this workout and I want you to go through each one three times.
Grab your dumbbells and let’s do this.
Repeat 3x
Russian Kettlebell Swings x 20
Walking Lunges x 20
Weighted Step-ups x 20
Weighted sit ups x 8
Repeat 3x
Isolated bicep curl x 10 each side
DB Pull-overs x 8
Burpees x 8
