My Top Gluten-Free Products You Need To Try This Year

Since being diagnosed with Celiac Disease back in 2012, I have have tried, fallen in love with and disliked many of the 382490 gluten-free products on the market. Over the last 7 year, I will say that a lot of improvements have been made, especially in the gluten free bread and baking department. haha. (If you have tried the hard cardboard tasting gf breads you know what I am talking about) There are tons of packaged gluten-free foods available nowadays, and it can be hard to know what to try and what to skip. That’s why I wanted to share with you guys, my top gluten-free go to’s so I can save you the $$ and time of running into the not-so-good GF goods.

Taste is generally my most important criteria when looking for the best gluten-free products on the market. but if you know me, I am all about eating healthy and looking for ingredient lists that are small and/or full of whole foods and things I can pronounce. I hope you enjoy this list, and if there is a product I did not mention that you are in love with, share it in the comments !! let’s spread the GF love xoxo

If you know me, you know I love a good pizza so it is only right for me to start with my favorite GF crust1

Caulipower Pizza or Trader Joe’s Cauliflower Pizza crust

We love to have pizza night with our friends and so keep a few of these in our freezer for those nights! They are the perfect texture and are delicious.

Simple Mills Gluten-Free Sea Salt Crackers

Their line of almond flour crackers are delicious, and are a go to in our house. I love to dip them in bitchin sauce and packing them for snacks at the park. They leave you satisfied, but don’t do too much damage when it comes to your diet.

Per 17-cracker serving: 150 calories, 8 g fat (0.5 g saturated), 17 g carbs, <1 g sugar, 2 g fiber, 3 g protein, 180 mg sodium

RXBAR Bars

I love that RXBARs are made with simple ingredients. This peanut butter chocolate one is made with only egg whites, dates, peanuts, cocoa, cacao, sea salt, peanut flavor, and chocolate flavor. Even my 2 year old loves these.

Per bar: 210 calories, 10 g fat (2.5 g saturated), 21 g carbs, 13 g sugar, 5 g fiber, 12 g protein, 260 mg sodium

Perfect Bar Original Refrigerated Protein Bar

If you know me, you know I have at least one of these a day. I love the superfood-loaded ingredient list that includes good-for-you healthy fruits, veggies, seeds, and heart-healthy oils. I always have a pack in the fridge for a healthy gluten-free snack or addition to my smoothies.

Bitchin’ Sauce

from their website

I am literally OBSESSED with this stuff and I have single-handedly converted everyone who's visited my house or instagram to being obsessed with bitchin' sauce too hahaha. I have even helped those outside of cali locate it using their zip codes. Game changer. My favorites are the cilantro chili and chipotle.

Explore Cuisine Black Bean Spaghetti

This is a healthier alternatives to regular pasta. I especially love the texture and slightly nutty taste of the Organic Black Bean Spaghetti. Each serving is packed with a whopping 25 grams of protein! I usually buy the edamame kinda too.

Cybeles pasta SUPERFOOD VEGGIE Pasta

5 Unique Flavors. Up to 25 Grams of Protein* and more than ONE full serving of Veggies. I always have this on hand and love making it for the kiddos with either pesto, marinara or just butter! They love it and have no idea it is packed with nutrients. If you haven’t had it before, be sure to put a sauce on it as it does have a different flavor than regular pasta! Great texture, great, ingredients and perfect for us Celiacs.

Schär Gluten Free Bread with Sourdough Recipe

their Artisan Baker White bread is baked fresh, and crafted with sourdough, millet, quinoa, and honey. Never frozen, this bread is hands down the softest and most delicious GF bread! I have tried a lot of breads and this sure does win the taste and texture test. What I also Love is the packaging because it has a really logn shelf life. One you open it be sure to put it in the fridge.
