12 reps of each to keep it simple !! (6 on each side) I used a 25lb dumbbell for all but the last exercise

  1. DB swings x 12

  2. Goblet squat to knee drive x 12

  3. alternating renegade rows x 6 each side

  4. single leg DL x 6 each side

  5. squat twist and press x 12
